Not all vehicles can be washed in an automatic car wash. To protect your vehicle, and all customer vehicles there are some safety checks you should be aware of before getting your vehicle washed in an automatic car wash. A safe car washing experience for everyone is our top priority. Specific guidelines must be followed when determining if a vehicle can be washed at our Nappa Car Wash locations. If you have questions regarding your vehicle, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our attendants for assistance.
VEHICLES WE CANNOT WASH

Vehicles that have any loose or missing parts

Vehicles that have rust, perforations or cracks

Vehicles that are previously damaged or are held together by non-factory means

Vehicles that are taller than 7’4”

Recreational Vehicles, campers or trailers

Vehicles with permanently affixed tripod style mirrors

Trucks/vans with roof racks for ladders, etc.

Vehicles with hitch-mounted racks or equipment carriers.

Vehicles with over sized tires cannot be washed at our 75th street location

Duallys cannot be washed at our 75th street location

Heavily mudded/greasy vehicles

Pickup trucks that have loose items and or debris (please be sure to remove all items beforehand).

Vehicles with exposed fuel tanks/gas cans (full or empty).
